Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • If you cancel your Holiday
  • You or any member of your party may cancel their travel arrangements at any time. Written notification or an e-mail to that effect from the person who made the booking must be refunding your account. The cancellation charges applicable are as per the published cancellation policy below

Cancellation charges Land Package

  • 30 days or more before departure: 40% of total cost + Service Fee
  • 29 – 20 days before departure: 60% of total cost + Service Fee
  • Less than 15 days before departure: 100% of total cost
  • In case of no show: 100%
  • Seashore Delight charges a separate service fee of Rs 1000/- per person for all cancellations.

PLEASE NOTE:-

  • No refund for cancellations on High Peak season bookings from 15th December to 15th January.
  • No refunds for unused nights or early check-out in hotels.
  • For customers who pay Offline/Bank/Cheque/NEFT/RTGS etc, we are not charging any additional transactional fee, but booking will confirm after receiving the amount.
  • If case payment is not received as per payment Policy/Mention in invoice Schedules, your booking will be auto cancel after sending 2-3times reminder to you & no refund will be apply.

Note: - We are requested to you please bring your payment slip, payment receipt, Bank slip, Cheque details arrival at Andaman, without details not confirm the payment.

Payment Policy:-

  • For Package 50% amount the time of Booking. (you can pay it installment 30% at the time booking & 20% within 7 days from the booking date).
  • And Remaining 50% you have to pay before 15 to 20 days from the arrival date.
  • If your hotels 03 star or more than 3 star mention in Package then you have to pay 100% amount as per hotel policy.
  • At the time of Flight booking 100% amount you have to pay for confirm tickets.

Booking Policy:-

  • All the booking depends on availability of Rooms at the time of booking.
  • After receiving the positive response from you, we will check the availability of the Rooms hold for 48 hours, you have to pay advance within 48 hours. Once we received your payment we will proceed the booking.
  • For Confirmation Voucher: once we received the 50% payment, we will send the confirmation voucher within 03 working days.
  • For Ferry’s Booking Kindly Note: If Pvt. ferry is not operational/Seat unavailable then Govt. Ferry will be provided.
  • For Flight booking: Flight fare depends on airline at the time of booking. If any difference occurs in-between given fare by our representative & fare of airline at the time booking, that shall be paid by customer itself.

REFUND POLICY:-

If the Government will lockdown due to COVID-19 then you can postpone your trip for any travel date in the next 01 year without paying anything extra.

  • Except for Hotels cancellation or ferries cancellation, if any.
  • It may attract High Peak season charges (If your new travel plan is for Peak season duration).
  • Payment Scheduled will be changed as per new traveling dates.

NOTE:- As per the above mentioned policy, there won't be any refund possible from our end.

Important Note:-

  • At Hotel Check-out time is 08.00 a.m.
  • Early check in and late checkout subject to availability.
  • Extra supplement cost @ 25% is applicable from 15 Dec. – 15 Jan.
  • A Compulsory Additional supplement charge for Christmas Eve and New Years Eve celebration (24 Dec, 25 Dec 2019,31 Dec in Every years), Extra as per hotel policy.
  • Full ferry ticket charges are applicable for kids above 12 months.
  • The above rates are valid for the mentioned period only and subject to change without any prior notice. Payment Policy and Cancellation Policy apply as per mention in invoice.
  • Port Blair to Havelock & Neil Transfer by private Cruise (Makruzz/Green Ocean/Bhagya Express) kindly note if private ferry is not operational or unavailable of seat at the time of booking then Passengers will be proceeded by Govt. Ferry as an alternate option.
  • We will not be held responsible in case of Cancellation of any Boat/ferry(like Makruzz/Green Ocean/DSS/Coastal Cruise Etc) subject to Weather conditions or any reason, but if the Boat/ferry will refund then we will refund same.
  • No refunds would be offered on the government ferry tickets or Private (Speed Catamaran) tickets, if already purchased.
  • In case of elephant beach is not operational then the clients will be provided with alternate tour either to kalapathar beach or radhanagar beach no refund will be initiated.
  • In case of any sightseen (as mentioned in your tour itinerary) is not operational due to COVID-19 or any others reason then will be provided with alternate tour but no refund will be initiated.
